This can vary, if you have 1″ filters we suggest you change them out every three months (90 days). If you have a media filter which are usually around 5″ thickness we suggest you change them once a year. If you have pets you may want to change them more often.

A Heat pump is part of your heating and cooling system installed outside, it can cool your home but can also heat it during cooler months. During cooler months it pulls heat from the air outside and transfers it indoors. In the warmer months it pulls heat from indoor air and transfers it outdoors to cool your home.

A little variation in temperature between rooms is normal, especially if you only have one thermostat. However, it can also be a sign of poorly designed ducts or air filtration issue. Schedule an appointment with us so we can identify the problem and offer a solution.
